Drywall repair and paint touch-ups in Charlotte, NC

Small wall damage makes a whole room look tired. We patch, sand and blend so the repair is as close a match as practical — the doorknob hole behind the guest-room door, the mounting holes from the last TV, the scuffs the movers left.

Starting-price guidance

We price standard jobs by the task, and service visits have a $149 minimum. Bundle several standard tasks and their starting prices are added together — the visit formats are a guide to time, not a cap on a list of higher-value services. Individual tasks in this category start from $149 for a single-task visit.

Large water damage, ceiling repairs and full-room repaints are scoped as a Custom Project Review rather than a fixed starting price.

What can change the final price

  • Number and size of the patches, and whether they're spread across rooms
  • Texture matching — knockdown and orange peel take longer than flat walls
  • Whether you have the original paint, and whether a whole wall needs recoating
  • Ceiling work and anything requiring a ladder or scaffold

All prices are starting points. Scope, materials, specialty hardware, access, wall type, travel and parking, disposal, permits, and regulated-trade requirements may affect the final price. You'll always get the number before we start.

What photos to send

  • A wide shot of the whole wall or ceiling
  • A close-up of each hole, crack or stain
  • Something for scale next to the damage — a hand, card or tape measure
  • The paint can label or color name if you have it

Questions about this service

How well will the patch blend?
On flat and lightly textured walls it usually blends closely once painted. Heavy textures and aged paint can leave a subtle difference — we'll tell you honestly before we start.
Do I need to supply paint?
No. If matching paint is needed and you don't already have it, we include the paint and standard materials in the written quote once the color and finish are confirmed. If you already have the can and want it used, keep it and tell us.
Can you repair water-damaged drywall?
We can repair the drywall once the source of the water is fixed and the area is dry. Finding and fixing a live leak may require a licensed plumber first.
How long before I can use the room?
Many small patch-and-paint jobs can fit in one visit. Larger patches need drying time between coats, which we'll factor into the schedule.
