Everything on this site — service descriptions, task lists, guides and prices — is provided for general information. It is not a contract, a binding offer, or professional advice about your specific property.

All prices are starting points. Scope, materials, specialty hardware, access, wall type, travel and parking, disposal, permits, and regulated-trade requirements may affect the final price. You'll always get the number before we start.

A published starting price does not commit us to that price for your job. A quote becomes an agreement only when we have reviewed your request and confirmed the scope and price with you directly.

Services, scheduling windows and coverage areas depend on current availability and can change without notice. Submitting a request does not reserve a time slot, and we may decline work that is outside what we can safely and properly complete.

When you upload photos or type details into the quote form, you confirm you have the right to share them and you give us permission to use them to evaluate and price your request and to communicate with you about it. Please do not include documents, people or anything sensitive you would not want stored. We do not publish customer photos without separate permission.

Some electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and other regulated work may require properly licensed North Carolina trade professionals. We'll review your request and let you know when a licensed specialist is required.

Nothing on this site should be read as a claim to hold a North Carolina general contractor or trade license.

Please use the site normally and lawfully: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, no automated scraping or bulk submissions, and no submitting false information or someone else's contact details. We may block requests that appear abusive or automated.
